Job Description

Responsible for supervising in-store selling personnel by monitoring productivity and sales performance to ensure achievement of targets. Conducts recruitment, training, and orientation of in-store staff to ensure drugstore branches are consistently and properly manned

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles in-store selling personnel and monitors their productivity and sales performance.
• Conducts training and orientation as well as recruitment of in-store selling personnel to ensure that drugstores are manned at all times.
• Creates reports based on the team's monthly performance
• Monitors products, displays and proper execution of activities or programs at assigned drugstore branches
• Plans monthly coverage schedule
• Establish good working relationship with key accounts personnel

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Experience working in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Has at least 1 year experience as a sales supervisor
• Has the ability in handling, leading and managing people
